dreams come true: read and recorded 9.29.16

Sometimes, it`s early to bed. Then eyes open at 1:33am when they used to close in dehydration, intoxication and social fulfillment. Public Broadcasting System developed an application for intelligent phones that are so smart people can ignore them and soothing tones
of human voice in cathartic moments of releasing thoughts as feelings out of their lungs, across their tongues and through their lips.

Sometimes it`s early to rise. Then eyes open at 1:33am. There`s a documentary on heroine addiction. There are references to oxycontin. Then dissociative delf description and self-medication creates
realization. Lonely eyes in a screen, solitary hands on a bottle, an ice tray and then a shaker. Lonely lips on the rim of a glass. Lonely lungs swallowing empty smoke on a front porch.

A bare street. Perfect weather. Don`t use "you" then you`ll feel the hole in the heart. Don`t use "I" because it`s selfish to consume and regurgitate knowing immenent death; evident by the blood
in the stool and home shared with silence.

Pale, dying, unnoticed. Dark eyes, dark hood, dark night. a voice of light requests a cigarette. To be asked is fulfillment. To answer, to give; is so cathartic. A lump in the throat and the desire for possibility of tears. Hurt and no bruises. Bleeding without incident. Self medicating. Self-fulfilling to no avail. The veil of those in need is intriguing, lusted for and unconditionally loved.
